87 Things To Include On A Vegetarian Grocery List
I’ll admit that I am pretty new to the vegetarian world! I tried being vegetarian when I was a freshman in college but it didn’t stick because I struggled with finding enough meals on campus. But now that I am out of college and moved into my first home with a real kitchen I have re-committed to a vegetarian lifestyle for the past 4 months!
One of the things I struggled with the most when I started this journey was grocery shopping.
Specifically, finding things that could work as the “main part” of a meal without using meat. Slowly but surely I have recipes I love and the right items! So I am sharing my vegetarian grocery list.
Of course I don’t get all of these items every week but I use a grocery list app and these are the items I have gotten and actually used in the last 4 months of being vegetarian!
