Winter Fashion Look 1.25

January has always felt like the heart of winter to me. It’s around the halfway point of the cold months and it is typically the coldest month of the year.

Though I have to admit that winter fashion has always been my favorite so I’m not nearly as mad about the colder weather!

This weekend was a beautiful 40 degrees which for this former-Minnesotan meant I didn’t even need a coat. I took this warm weekend as a sign to put on a cute outfit and go explore my new neighborhood since it’s mainly been cold since moving here.

Top: Old Navy

Love the twist front look this year. Adds such a fun little detail to an otherwise simple sweater! Really looking forward to the twist front trend this summer too.

Jeans: American Eagle

I have always loved American Eagle jeans and these high waisted ones are super comfy and flattering!

Boots: Just Fab (no longer available I’m sorry!)

Watch: FitBit Blaze

(with a rose gold bandfrom Amazon!)

Who else loves exploring their own city? Most cities are constantly changing and opening up new attractions and restaurants! Never ignore what is in your own backyard.

This cute neighborhood in Columbus has all the shops and buildings in renovated historic homes. So much fun to walk around plus there’s some seriously delicious restaurants and bakeries.

Take a morning and GO explore your city!
